The wonderful radio plays performed by Radio Active Live will be back at the Hills Lodge at Castle Hill next month. It’s a case of Christmas-come-early for the cast of the very popular shows with performances on December 5 and 12.

Founding member Robyn Dalton said it was a huge plus to be able to get back behind the microphone, something that has brought capacity crowds to their performances at The Hills Lodge for eight years.

While some of the people behind the microphones have changed, the cast has been practising and is looking forward to the new program featuring some old favourites, new plays and some Christmas jokes. Robyn Dalton says a lot of work is put in sourcing short plays and sketches for the programs that are funny.

“We are so delighted to be back,” she said, “we are like a family. We miss our regulars”. Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, November 10th for both performances. The $30 ticket includes an afternoon tea.
