His bosses at Momento Hospitality have now set up the HelpOutHospo website featuring on-line video courses on how to upskill cooking talents during home isolation.
As well as Joe’s signature dishes there are also videos from chefs Matt Moran, Luke Mangan and Neil Perry.
As well as ‘how-to’ home cooking videos there are also cocktail mixing videos.
The on-line video courses start from $10 with all profits going to struggling hospitality workers.
