HAWKESBURY ART FAIR 2019
Come along to the Hawkesbury Art Fair 2019 at Hawkesbury Regional Gallery from Friday evening, 13 September until Sunday, 13 October during Gallery opening hours. Everyone is welcome to the opening night on Friday, 13 September from 6pm to 8pm, with the Mayor of Hawkesbury, Councillor Barry Calvert officially opening the Art Fair. Arndell Chamber Group will provide music and light refreshments will be served.
The Fair celebrates our region and local artists, both emerging and accomplished. It also provides an opportunity for artists to sell their work and for residents and visitors to buy original art from the region.
OBF ART AWARDS
The annual Orange Blossom Festival Annual Art Awards will be held at the Castle Hill Art Society from this Saturday, September 14 to September 22.
The exhibition will be open daily between 10am and 4pm at :Castle Hill Art Society’s venue at the Castle Glen Community Centre, Ridgecrop Drive, Castle Hill, next to the Knightsbridge shopping centre.
The Children’s OBF Art Show will be on at the same venue on Saturday, September 28 between 9am and 4pm. For details visit castlehillartsociety.org.au
MUSIC LOVERS TAKE NOTE
There are two opportunities to enjoy some wonderful classical music at the Pioneer Theatre at Castle Hill.
The Western Sydney Symphony Orchestra (Sydney Contemporary Orchestra) concert will be performing on September 19 from 7.30pm to 9.30pm www.wsso.com.au.
