Cycleway Bridge Opens at Kellyville

CYCLISTS take note! Dr Michelle Byrne – Hills Shire Mayor and State Minister David Elliott MP officially opened Greenway Bridge over Memorial Avenue at Kellyville today.

The $3.77 million project, forms part of the Greenway cyclelink between Bella Vista Farm and Rouse Hill Town Centre and links Pellizzer Boulevard to Thomas Boulton Circuit Reserve.

Greenway Bridge at 50m long is the biggest built by The Hills Shire Council and means no more having to dodge vehicles crossing the busy Memorial Ave, Kellyville.

There are 100 kilometres of dedicated cycle pathways in Sydney Hills.

RMS has a Cycleway finder for locals interested in finding more cycleways https://www.rms.nsw.gov.au/roads/bicycles/cycleway-finder.html
