Transform Harold Corr Oval into a High-Quality Athletics Precinct

Construction is underway to transform Harold Corr Oval into a high-quality athletics precinct featuring Penrith’s first all-weather synthetic track and field facilities.

Concrete pathways, new floodlight poles, concrete kerbing, spectator fencing, and drainage have all been installed. Work is underway to construct the synthetic athletics track, and field event facilities including the throwing circles and long jump areas.

A car park, equipment storage and LED floodlighting will also be delivered as part of the first stage of this project, which is expected to be completed by early 2023.

This project is being funded by Council, the NSW Government and the Australian Government.
