OPENING NIGHT SUCCESS
It was a star-studded evening when over 400 guests, family, friends and prominent business people attended the opening of Al Aseel’s fifth Restaurant. Hills Shire Mayor Michelle Byrne officially opened the restaurant at Castle Towers on Monday.
Owner Faysal El Abd said: “We are proud to be here in the Hills Community, providing food like they never have had before”
“People can expect food like it was made traditionally in Lebanon. Think of the ladies in the villages, preparing everything fresh from the garden.”
“For the opening we felt it was imperative to include the community, the heart of our culture is community. So we extended to the invitation to the local community to show them our hospitable nature.”
Al Aseel is a traditional Lebanese Restaurant that serves homemade, fresh Lebanese food as if it was authentically made by women in the villages of Lebanon. The menu consists of fresh, wholesome food like chargrilled meat skewers, salads, dips and bread.
Everything is made using traditional Recipes passed down from Faysal’s mother.
