Thanks to a $150,000 grant donated by The IMB Bank Community Foundation, a team of nurses from the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute is landing in Western Sydney on Thursday 18 July, as part of the largest ever mobile public heart health check tour in NSW and the ACT.

On the day, heart disease survivor Chris Minol will be there to talk about the importance of the tour, and his own journey with the condition doctors described as a ‘widow maker’. Chris will be joined by Mayor Dr Michelle Byrne, Mayor of the Hills Shire, and Robert Ryan, CEO of IMB Bank.

Other Western Sydney heart health check tour locations include Liverpool, Oran Park, Narellan, Campbelltown, Picton, and Penrith.
