New Doors Opened

In a reverse trend during the pandemic the Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group has just opened two restaurants at the $280million development, Esplanade Norwest.

Ribs & Burgers opened last month and Italian Street Kitchen Inspired by Isabella, has just opened (Thursday, December 17).

Founder and Chief executive of the Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group, Bradley Michael, said by taking on new ventures the company was able to create more opportunities for employment which was something that was really needed.

Italian Street Kitchen (ISK), inspired by Isabella will bring the spirit of authentic Italian street food to the buzzing and growing community of Bella Vista, Norwest Esplanade.

It offers an experience of street food culture that pays homage to a range of re-translated traditional dishes from various regions of Italy.

The completion of the restaurant precinct marks the final stage of development on what was formerly an ice-skating rink.

Delivered by Aoyuan International, Capital Corporation and Carson Capital, Esplanade Norwest comprises 252 apartments, 36 boutique commercial suites and exclusive resident amenities.

Aoyuan International’s Deputy General Manager, Darren Beasley says the deal with Seagrass not only brings a fantastic new energy to the area, but is a great story of endurance and adapting to the changing environment.

Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group is a powerhouse business with local and international expansion plans, and we’ve been inspired and encouraged to see how resilient their business has proven to be in the toughest of circumstances,” says Mr Beasley.
