Lil Miss Collins Café Is The Place To Be This Summer

The popular Lil Miss Collins pop-up café is coming to Bella Vista Farm this summer.

The café will officially launch in November and will serve a delicious variety of fresh healthy dishes with organic, vegan and vegetarian meal options available alongside more traditional menu items including burgers and breakfast choices, as well as coffee and desserts.

The Hills Shire Mayor, Councillor Yvonne Keane, said the rustic styled farmhouse was the perfect place for residents and visitors to The Hills Shire to kick-back and spend time with their families and friends.

“For the first time, the historic Bella Vista Farm will be open to the community seven-days a week during the summer months,” Mayor Keane said.

“Lil Miss Collins provides parents with the opportunity to enjoy a relaxed meal, take in the beautiful Blue Mountains views, while watching their children play in the manicured grounds.

“It is also the perfect place for a breakfast stop or lunch break with a difference for workers in the nearby business parks.

“Council is proud to activate this historic hidden gem, as well as provide for the first-time, a destination café for those wanting to grab a bite to eat while watching a show during Shakespeare in the Park or those wanting to enjoy a coffee while exploring the historic 19th century homestead.”

Lil Miss Collins is the first pop-up of its kind in the Sydney Hills and starts its residency after successfully launching in Prince Alfred Park, Parramatta earlier this year.

To add to the delicious food options, owner Tony Moussa said the café would officially celebrate their new location with a launch party on Saturday, November 5.

“There will be a bunch of animals on showcase including lambs and calves. Kids can also help bottle feed them on the day,” Mr Moussa said.

“Plus, there will be sheep, goats, rabbits, baby chicks, ducks, piglets and whip cracking demonstrations.

“There will also be face painting and live music on the day.”

The pop-up café is part of Council’s Summer Series which includes an array of events during the warmer months such as Shakespeare in the Park, Park Feast, Australia Day and Lunar Festival.

Lil Miss Collins is open daily, 8am to 4pm.
