For the past eight years one of the biggest Business After 5 events on the Sydney Hills Business Chamber calendar has been the night at Kashi Indian Restaurant in Annangrove.
Members and guests have dressed up for the evening (see picture for last year) hosted by owner Arun and Susmita Bose.
As well as the great food, there has always been Indian dancing and this year will be no different.
The next Chamber After 5, Kooking with Kashiis on Wednesday, July 29, and it is going online complete with great food and dancing that everyone loves but this time there is an opportunity to share the evening with your family.
Hosts for the evening event, which runs from 5.30pm to 7pm, will be Arun and Susmita Bose
The couple have organised butter chicken and rice packs to serve two which you can order to heat and serve at home. There is also a vegetarian option of vegetable korma.
Registration is $44 members and $88 guests which includes the heat and serve dinner.
Additional packs are $10 – pay upon pick up.
During the evening, you will be able to:
• Sample Kashi’s famous Butter Chicken in your own home,
• Hear Chef Arun Bose talk about how to cook butter chicken the traditional way,
• Join the interactive dancing online
• Dress up in traditional Indian attire
The butter chicken and rice packs are precooked and are frozen for your convenience so that you can pick them up either on Saturday, July 25 or Monday, July 27.
There is also a special offer to purchase a traditional “Spice and Rice pack” for two to use at your own leisure post the After 5 events (normally $50 but only $36 for SHBC Members to purchase with their meals)
