Join Richmond & Windsor Libraries for Christmas Morning Tea on 13th December
Hawkesbury City Council, Richmond and Windsor Libraries in are inviting residents to visit the libraries for a festive community morning tea and live music.
Morning tea and plenty of yummy treats will be served at the same time.
