Hawkesbury Art Fair returns for another big year

[vc_row][vc_column][us_post_title][vc_column_text]The third Hawkesbury Regional Gallery Art Fair will be held at the Gallery on Friday, 4 November to Sunday, 4 December, and, according to the Mayor of Hawkesbury, Councillor Mary Lyons-Buckett, it will be a celebration of local creative activity not to be missed, Organised by the Hawkesbury City Council.

“The Art Fair is when the Gallery becomes a showcase for the diversity of creative people in this beautiful region,” the Mayor said.

“It’s also an opportunity for local artists to sell their work and for residents and visitors to the area to buy original art from the region’s best-known and accomplished artists.”

As usual, the fair will feature the best traditional and contemporary artists, designers, crafters and jewellers living and working in the Hawkesbury, as well as selected visiting artists from Penrith and Blue Mountains.

Organisations represented at the fair include Hawkesbury Camera Club, Macquarie Towns Art Society, Hawkesbury Community Art Workshop, The Ferry Artists, Hawkesbury Printmakers, Hawkesbury Artists & Artisans Trail, and Piggery Lane Studios & Gallery.

The Gallery is located in the Deerubbin Centre (1st floor), 300 George Street Windsor, phone 4560 4440.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10am – 4pm
Closed Tuesdays and public holidays
Weekends 10am – 3pm
