FUN DAY AT INALA

The popular Inala Fair will spring into action on Sunday, September 22 in Inala’s magnificent grounds in Franklin Rd, Cherrybrook, opposite the Cherrybrook Metro station.

There is something for everyone to enjoy during the fun-packed day including pony rides, jumping castle, animal farm and face painting through to craft stalls and the popular clothing boutique.

Book lovers will enjoy the expansive book stall, and new parents can purchase beautiful, hand knitted and home-made babies and children’s clothing at the children’s stall.

Inala parent Wilma Riley will be saying goodby after running the children’s stall at the Inala stall for 50 years.

The fete will mark five decades of knitting and making exquisite children’s clothes for Wilma and her friends. Clients across Inala’s day programs have been busy for months making a wonderful range of art and craft to sell including toy tool boxes complete with handmade wooden tools, ceramics, candles, jewellery and much more. There will be gourmet food stalls, homemade cakes, pies and other tasty treats.

Entertainment will feature the Hills District Pipe Band, Nova Studios, Cherrybrook Technology High School Big Band, the Special Olympics Performance Group and more.

All proceeds raised will help Inala provide opportunities for individuals with disability to create, connect and grow.

Founded in 1958, Inala is committed to providing the highest quality support to individuals living with disability through a range of flexible Accommodation, Day and Community Supports. The Fair will run from 9am to 3pm on Sunday, September 22.
