Nutritionist and accredited practicing dietitian, Sallyanne Pisk, will discuss her latest book Eating For You at Hawkesbury Central Library on Tuesday, 13 September, 6:30-7:30pm.
The talk will look at eating and living mindfully for improved health and wellbeing and will focus on lifestyle choices and how this can impact on a person’s overall health.
Being a strong advocate of eating and living mindfully, Sallyanne has presented at a number of festivals including the Slow Food Blue Mountains Summer Harvest Festival.
Copies of her new book will be available to purchase and sign. Refreshments will also be provided. The free author talk will be held at Hawkesbury Central Library, 300 George Street, Windsor.
