Cranbrook Care was honoured at the recent 2019 Property Council of Australia Innovation and Excellence Awards, taking home the accolade for Best Retirement Village Development at a ceremony held in May.

For almost 20 years Cranbrook Care has been enriching the lives of older Australians by setting new benchmarks in outstanding care, accommodation and service. Its colocated Cranbrook Residences and Bella Vista Gardens development – nestled in the heart of the Hills – offers a raft of facilities ranging from a centrally-located café with water views, to a purpose-built cinema, wellstocked library, craft room, supervised gym with age-appropriate exercise equipment, landscaped gardens, and barbeque areas which can be used to entertain family and friends.

“At Cranbrook Care, we pride ourselves on being a premium provider of aged care and retirement services, with our architecturallydesigned facilities in idyllic locations being one of our many key points of difference. Having Cranbrook Residences and Bella Vista Gardens recognised at the recent Property Council of Australia Awards is a reflection on the emphasis we place on offering high-end retirement and aged care living, which is all part of our mission to provide outstanding quality of life for senior Australians,” said Kerry Mann, CEO of Cranbrook Care.

“Our beautiful co-located retirement living and aged care development in the Hills overlooks the Castle Hill Country Club golf course and sets new standards in Australia. It is from working in collaboration with exceptional architects and designers that we have won this outstanding national award.”
