[vc_row][vc_column][us_post_title][vc_column_text]Around 500 visitors came along to enjoy the end of summer celebrations at Richmond Swimming Centre on Saturday, 18 February at the pool party which included free pool entry for all.

Hawkesbury Mayor, Councillor Mary Lyons-Buckett attended on the day and she said there was “a great community spirit” at the event.

“Everyone enjoyed the free entertainment, giveaways and free sausage sizzle – thanks to the Rotary Club of Richmond for cooking our BBQ,” the Mayor said.

“It has been a great way to connect the community and celebrate the end of summer, with fun activities that included a jumping castle, a giant water slide and the U-Rippa Rip Generator.

“Richmond Swimming Centre will continue their extended opening hours of closing at 8pm seven days a week until Tuesday, 28 February, so make the most of it and enjoy these last summer days by cooling off at the pool.”
