AUSSIES RECRUITING
Even in the “Age of Corona” local company, Aussie Pumps is still recruiting as the company grows! They are looking for locals looking wanting a fulfilling career in an industry where everything the company does is positive.
Aussie’s “Six Good Men” program has been a big success with a number of locals joining the team. One is Tyson Siecker from Sackville North. He is settling in as a sales and marketing cadet and working closely with the Pump Division Manager.
Tyson completed high school and was looking for a worthwhile career to give him a chance to expand his horizons. Living on a 68 acre farm, he also has a natural affinity for the company’s agricultural customers.
“It’s extremely stimulating working at Aussie Pumps with a team full of enthusiasm and a real sense of purpose”, Tyson said. “The people are honest and open. I get briefed on the big picture and get specific projects where I can really get involved and empowered. I feel I am making a difference here!” he said.
Aussie Pumps provide full training and particularly wants to hear from young people seeking cadetships for an ongoing career in sales and marketing. They are also looking for engineers, fitters and additional secretarial staff. Aussie Pumps is a real local success story!
