Dudes in Dresses Educate Girls

Peter Christodoulou, a resident of Maraylya, and Director at Bodytech Automotive in Castle Hill, and his male staff, along with all the boys at Hills Eurohaus and all the businesses at 4 Hoyle Ave will be trading their jeans and work jackets for SCHOOL DRESSES for a work day of Dudes in Dresses.

You may remember Peter from a couple of years ago after hearing about a young man from your show, Jarrod Lawrence and his kid brother losing their mum, Peter donated a car to them.
Well hes at it again to educate girls in Africa.

Approximately 15 businesses and 60 Dudes in the complex will all do a days work which will begin with a sausage sizzle at 10am.

They will join the Australia Wide DO IT IN A DRESS Campaign to raise money to educate girls in Africa.

Peter said they had been discussing what to do to make a difference this year and what charity to donate to, when one of his staff pointed out men could make such a positive impact in improving things for women and girls. This campaign and the opportunity to wear a dress for girls who can’t, seemed like a fun way to contribute.

“I was shocked to learn that a 12 year old girl living in Sierra Leone in Africa is more likely to be sexually abused than to go to school” peter said.
“I know I have always held a secret desire to wear a dress, now ive made it compulsory for all the boys to do it with me and help a wonderful cause”

The bar is set to raise $100 000 for the Dudes in Dresses cause so Bodytech Automotive, Hills Eurohaus and the businesses at 4 Hoyle Ave hope to make a huge dent in that amount with donations and a few major sponsors.

Our sausage sizzle and photo opportunities will start at 10am on Friday October 14th and promises to be a fun morning.
