Have you tried to follow a diet and felt like you failed? Join Dietician and mindfulness practitioner, Sallyanne Pisk (pictured) at a talk about mindful eating and why diets don’t work. The free talk will be held at Hawkesbury Central Library on Friday, 6 October from 6pm.
Sallyanne Pisk is a nutritionist and Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 20 years of experience. Her interest in mindful practice, and eating, arose from her involvement in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her book, Eating for You introduces principles to guide your way of eating and living drawn from both the East and West.
Come along to learn how to change your eating habits for good, remove the confusion about what to eat, and to feel empowered about the choices you make.
