Hawkesbury Radio Gala Day
Hawkesbury Radio Online held a Station Fundraiser Family Gala Day on Saturday 23rd September from 11am – 4pm. The event was held in the grounds of the radio station at 15 Fitzgerald St, Windsor. The fun $2 day included a jumping castlea coffee truck, as well as live entertainment on the day provided by local emerging artists Divinia Jean and Ethan Parlato. The crowd in attendance loved the singers, and interviews were conducted post-performance for the artists to talk about their exciting work.
We want the Hawkesbury residents to know that the original Hawkesbury Radio is still here in the same place streaming world wide 24/7. The radio station is a vital service for local community to keep them informed on local events, local news and to assist in times of emergency. About the performers
Divinia Jean is a live-looping musician & songwriter, using a loop station to layer guitar, percussion, and vocal harmonies, bringing groovy covers to life alongside her extensive catalogue of original songs. Her music is a melting pot of genres. Her Jazz-infused Folk sound has taken Divinia to the Sydney Blues and Roots Festival, won her second place in the 2022 Tamworth Country Music Festival Busking Championships, and has taken her to supporting act for Rock legends Dragon in concert! Ethan Parlato is an independent singer/ songwriter from the Blue Mountains, Australia.
