Prepare to Evacuate – Wisemans Ferry

Western part of Wisemans Ferry flooding – PREPARE TO EVACUATE – Watch and Act.

The NSW SES advises people in the following areas to PREPARE TO EVACUATE due to predicted dangerous flooding:
Properties along River Road from Douglas Creek to the edge of the Wisemans Ferry town centre.

You should monitor the situation and prepare to evacuate so that you can safely evacuate when instructed to do so by NSW SES. Wherever possible, you should prepare to stay with family or friends, or make other accommodation arrangements.

Use the following evacuation route to move to safety outside the flood affected area:
Proceed along River Road to Old Northern Road and head south to Castle Hill. If you are unable to find accommodation, Evacuation centres have been set up at:
