Founder and managing director Affy Elzami has taken her passion and commitment for providing a premium service to t he next level.
Affy and her husband Paul established Paul’s Painting in 2015 but as the business grew so did the need to expand and rebrand and PaintX Sydney was born.
From dental surgeries, churches and office buildings to three storey homes and everything in between Affy, Paul and their son are dedicated to taking pain out of painting. Affy and her team manage every detail, allowing you to bypass the usual stress and mess of painting.

Affy was 18 when she bought her very first home. She transformed the small, shabby house into a beautiful home and then helped her friends and colleagues do the same.
When Affy moved from Iran to Australia nearly 20 years ago she dreamt about using her passion and creativity to transform other people’s homes on a professional basis.
Since establishing their family business she and her team have worked with more than 300 clients and enjoy huge customer satisfaction.
“Our mission is to deliver excellence through professional advice, craftsmanship and customer service,” says Affy.
“My aim is to create an environment that adds value to my client’s biggest asset, “their property” and also enhances the quality of life for both our clients and my wonderful team.”
