Council’s latest playground and park has opened at Deepwater Circuit Reserve in North Kellyville. The playground is best for young children with two slides and a climbing structure where kids can play the day away. The park also features space where people can kick a ball or enjoy a picnic, with a picnic shelter and seating available. The park also features a stormwater management basin which prevents downstream flooding and allows biological processes to remove pollutants from stormwater run-off before entering the natural watercourse. Delivering Infrastructure upgrades in North Kellyville is a top priority for Council, and three more detention basin reserves Landsdowne, Kumbatine and Springbrook, are under construction and are expected to open later in 2023.
