Hills Football Development is now in Term 3 of its “Little Legends” program, giving children from 3 to 5 a chance to learn football fundamentals.
The 7-week development program costs $69.30 AUD. In addition, there will be a $50.00 AUD one-time fee for the new registrants’ football kit. These include a drawstring bag, a size-appropriate ball, and a uniform composed of a shirt, shorts, and socks. For the program’s FAQ, visit Little Legends: Benefits.
It will begin every Saturday on the 8 July and end on 19 August 2023. Training starts at 8:30 AM. The venue will be at the Balmoral Reserve located at Balmoral Road, Kellyville 2155.

As per the organisation, “Each week football skills are taught in a friendly and inclusive environment where the child learns the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship and participation.”
“With different weekly themes that engage and excite the children they build their self-esteem and confidence, as well as refine gross motor skills. The program also ensures that children develop social interaction abilities and learn that they can stay healthy through physical activity.”
“Qualified coaches that engage and encourage the child, coupled with small class sizes ensure maximum time on the ball which results in skills being learnt and mastered more quickly.”
“At the conclusion of each term a progress report is issued to parents to advise of how their child is working and developing.”
The sports organisation also has another program called the Hills Football Development Academy which is also in its 3rd Term. Beginning in July, the Academy is aimed at children from 5 to 16 years old and will be held at Bella Vista Public School and Hills Grammar School.
