Fair Was a Day of Fun and Festivities

What a wonderful Fair we had on Saturday starting with minus degrees to get us pumping.  The sun finally peeped over the steeple and we were off and running.

Folk suddenly appeared, BBQ snags in hand. Others entered the auditorium ready for their scones with jam and cream, checking out the craft and books whilst waiting for a table in the growing queue.  Outside, the cake stall was running hot, plants and vegies were purchased.

The bridal show in the church was just beautiful, awesome, priceless.  I can’t think of the right words! Those with dresses on display talked of memories on their wedding day.  The photos don’t do justice to the display as a whole.

Thank you so much Tanya and Gisela for your amazing input into our Winter Fair.  Once again you have helped us to realise a good outcome of $4,500 towards the upkeep of our beautiful historic church.
