Tanya Bailey, an award-winning artist will be demonstrating her work on Saturday 10th June at 2.30 pm at Castle Glen Community Centre, 157 Ridgecrop Drive, Castle Hill. Tanya works exclusively in watercolour across a range of subjects including portraits, architectural subjects and landscapes.
She experiments with techniques old and new, different pigments, and a range of papers and surfaces. Her landscape works are inspired by parks, countryside and bushland, working en plein air and finishing works in her studio. She has exhibited in numerous group and solo exhibitions in Sydney and overseas.
