2024 State Gem And Mineral Show
For the past 10 years, the Annual State Gem & Mineral Show – run and organised by the Gem and Lapidary Council of NSW has been held at the Hawkesbury District Agricultural Showground, 40 Racecourse Road, Clarendon – and it’s back again!
Saturday 28th September 9am – 5pm and
Sunday 29th September 9am – 4pm.
There will be a great range of traders from across Australia and traders will be offering a huge range and variety of fascinating gems and jewels featuring:
- High end minerals
- Faceted stone
- Hand-crafted jewellery
- Rough material for cutting & polishing
- Boulder opal
- Fluoro mineral
- Cut & uncut opal
- Persian turquoise
- Crystals of all shapes and sizes
- Cut stones
- Polished stones (Cabochons)
- Intricate beadwork
- Air plants set on natural stone
- Lapidary equipment
A stand-out feature of this show is the competition. Club members from lapidary clubs all over NSW and interstate enter items in a wide range of competition sections to be judged.
All exhibits are on display. It is a great opportunity to buy that unique present for loved ones – Christmas will soon be here!
FREE parking, ATM, Coffee Van, Food Van, Soft Serve Icecream Van, Lions delicious sausage sizzle are all on site. All this makes for an exciting and fascinating weekend to come and see such a unique display.
Admission: Adults $10; Children under 16 are FREE!
