Wellbeing for Life – First Aid Basics: Free Seminar at Castle Hill

On the 1st of June 2023, a free 1 hour program called Wellbeing for Life – First Aid Basics will be held at the Castle Hill Library.

According to The Hills Shire Council, it will tackle topics such as “everything from insect bites, cuts and sprains, fractures and concussion, to cardiac events and stroke.”

Similarly, in February, a Wellbeing for Life session occurred earlier this year about aging and the mind. 

The program will last from 10.30 AM to 11.30 AM AEST. Castle Hill Library, located at Cnr Castle and Pennant Streets Castle Hill, NSW 2154 Australia, will be the venue.
