THWART THIEVES

A few simple anti-theft screws can prevent the theft of number plates from vehicles.

Police from The Hills Local Area Command have organised the fifth Operation Tabella to enable vehicle owners to have the anti-theft screws installed at no cost.

The free service will be offered at Bella Vista Farm Park on Thursday, October 4 between 10am and 2pm at Bella Vista Farm Park, 3 Elizabeth MacArthur Drive, Bella Vista, or until the supply of free screws runs out.

Volunteers from the SES and The Men’s Shed will be helping on the day. The four types of screws cover most model of vehicles.
