Great Time At Annual Student Leardership Program

Hawkesbury Council staff, Mayor Sarah McMahon and councillors Barry Calvert, Eddie Dogramaci, Jill Reardon and Les Sheather had a wonderful time welcoming almost 400 Year 5-6 students and teachers from local primary schools on Wednesday and Thursday for the annual Student Leadership Program.

Students learned about the important role local government plays in the community, river safety through the Council’s partnership with Royal Life Saving – NSW ACT Tasmania and participated in a mock Council Meeting.
