Exciting Programs for All Ages at The Permaculture Education Garden
Located within the Australiana Pioneer Village in Wilberforce, Permaculture Hawkesbury Valley Inc. provides a variety of term-based and school holiday programs for children aged 2-15 years.
Also adult workshops are on offer focusing on self-reliance and sustainable living. Additionally, schools, childcare centres, disability and aged care facilities can book programs tailored to be implemented on-site.
Educational Programs for Kids
Pre-K, homeschooling, and school holiday programs engage young learners with hands-on activities that introduce them to permaculture principles. Children can interact with friendly animals—chickens, ducks, goats, and our newest baby goats—while learning about nature, food growing, and sustainable living. Adult Workshops
For adults interested in deepening their knowledge of self-reliance, practical workshops are conducted on topics like Home Canning and Preserving, Wild Fermentation, Wild Mushroom Foraging, Olive Curing, Sourdough Baking, Permaculture Gardening and more.
