Mark your diaries for an upcoming Author Talk featuring writer-radio presenter Richard Glover at the Hawkesbury Central Library on Tuesday, the 5th of December, 2023.

Join Glover at an evening chat from 6:30 to 7:30 PM, where he will shed light on his inspirations about his latest book “Best Wishes.”

Best Wishes features humorous essays about the mundane things in life and to squeeze in laughter and the comic through these day-to-day encounters. It aims to be “a book about making the world a better, less annoying place, one wish at a time.”

Glover writes for Sydney Morning Herald and has an afternoon drive slot on ABC Radio Sydney, and is the author of other books such as Love, Clancy: A Dog’s Letters Home (2021), The Land Before Avocado (2020), Flesh Wounds (2015) and more.

Tickets cost $5 each and can be booked online via Eventbrite: Author Talk – Richard Glover. A book sale and signing by Richard Glover will be facilitated after the talk. The Hawkesbury Central Library is located at 300 George Street in Windsor.
