Mayor’s Easter Egg Hunt & Bella Vista Farm Open Day
With Easter just a few weeks away, mark your diaries for the upcoming Mayor’s Easter Egg Hunt and Open Day at the Bella Vista Farm on Sunday, 24 March 2024.
Everyone can expect an assortment of free Easter-themed activities, such as the annual Easter Egg Hunt with the Easter Bunny joining the hunt, a petting zoo, cookie decorating, face painting, Fit Kidz Quiet Space, and the Hills Shire Library Service Caddy.
The Hills Shire Council mentioned that registration is not required for all activities except the Easter Egg Hunt. There will be one Sensory Session from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM and six General Sessions, which will run from 10:20 AM until 2:00 PM.
As of this writing, all General Sessions are sold out, while tickets for the Sensory Session are still available. Parents and guardians can reserve tickets at Eventbrite: Mayor’s Easter Egg Hunt & Bella Vista Farm Open Day—Sensory Session.
Coinciding with the Easter Egg Hunt is Bella Vista Farm’s Open Day. The event will be run by The Friends of Bella Vista Farm and will include activities such as tours of the farm and a Trash & Treasure stall, along with room for refreshments such as a coffee van and Devonshire tea.
According to the Mayor of the Hills Shire, Dr Peter Gangemi, the said activities “require a small donation which will go towards the Friends of the Bella Vista Farm and their conservation efforts.”
Bella Vista Farm is located at Elizabeth Macarthur Drive in Bella Vista.
