Lift off for Living Choice Galston
Bulk earthworks will start soon at the eagerly anticipated Living Choice Galston, a luxury retirement community to be located at 330 Galston Road, within walking distance of local shops.
Living Choice Galston will comprise 40 spacious villas, 48 premium apartments and a magnificent two-storey leisure centre offering numerous facilities. There will also be a putting green, bocce court, terrace garden and BBQ area.
The ground-breaking of Stage 1, comprising 9 two and three-bedroom villas, will be held onsite on Thursday 22nd September at 11am.
The project is owned by national retirement community operator, Living Choice, which has a proud 30-year record in the retirement living industry. The company does everything in-house, from design and construction to sales, marketing and the eventual operation of the village.
Living Choice has 10 operating villages in three states and a further four under construction or on the drawing board. The directors, Ian Tregoning and Graham Hobbs, also own EDP Hotels, including The Bridgeport in Murray Bridge, which won Overall Hotel of the Year – Regional at this year’s Australian Hotel Association’s National Awards for Excellence.
