Let’s Help

Just when you think the day is over and you are settling in for the evening, you get a referral through Link2home. Young family placed in Temporary Accommodation locally for a few nights with no food, none whatsoever. Knowing that there is nothing available anywhere until tomorrow and not wanting them to go hungry tonight ( I can’t imagine having to put my child to bed hungry ), just now delivered an emergency food hamper.

Hopefully by now tummies are full or are filling up and they are starting to settlie in for the night. With no cooking facilities and probably being moved on in a couple of days, just the basics and enough to see them through (so they won’t have to carry too much to their next).
