Mark your diaries and ready your tummy as the Hills Food and Wine Festival 2023 is set to take place at the Bella Vista Farm on Sunday, 8 October.
From 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, over 100 stalls featuring a wide selection of wines and food vendors selling tacos, doughnuts, and paellas will be on display and for sale.
The family-friendly event will feature a live cooking demo from three experienced and multi-awarded guests: Hills Shire’s Quoi Dining owner Joshua Mason, Bumplings chef and owner Brendan Pang, and SoHi Spirits founder Alex Doughty.
The VIP Experience, with only 100 slots, includes perks and inclusions such as a tasting cup, an entry wristband, a complimentary cocktail on arrival, a guaranteed seat during the live cooking demonstrations, and a VIP bag with $150 worth of goodies inside.
With hundreds of stalls to choose from, there is plenty of selection of foods. Businesses and wineries that will have stalls ready are Sofrito Paella, Cow & The Moon, OMG Donuts, Yum Yum, Señor Toro, Wanderfood, Crepe Face Truck, Drayton Wines, Naked Bondi, SoHi, Rowlee Wines and more.
The event is supported by the Hills Shire Council. In addition, the Festival is sponsored by major sponsors such as The Avenue Real Estate, Esker Beer Co., and Norwest Marketown. Other sponsors include Castle Hill BMW, Heartland Market Grocer, EMS Elevator Group, and Integrated Chiropractic Wellness.
