Explore… Dream… Discover At Bella Vista Farm
Bella Vista Farm will celebrate its heritage on Sunday 4th May with presentations by young guides who form part of the Friends of BVF team.
The farm boasts a grand house built in the 1820’s filled with artefacts from another era, magnificent trees planted in the mid 1800’s and original outbuildings.
There will be the usual delights of tours of the house, Devonshire Teas, a sausage sizzle, music played by members of the Hills Shire Symphony Orchestra and the Trash and Treasure stall housed in the beautifully restored Carriage Room.
An extra highlight will be members of 1er Regiment d’Artillerie de la Marine (Regiment Artillery of Marines) dressed in period uniform, performing a French Napoleonic re-enactment and firing their black powder cannons.
Come and celebrate some history in the Hills. Sunday 4th May 0900-1400, Cnr Norwest Boulevard and Elizabeth Macarthur Drive, Bella Vista.
