Dress to Impress Show in Hawkesbury
The Hawkesbury Riding Club will be hosting a ‘Dress to Impress in 2023’ fashion show on Friday, March 10, to celebrate the New Year and raise money for the club.
Event co-ordinator Jane Reid said they will be showcasing the latest fashions in horse attire plus clothes from local stores in the Hawkesbury, all of which will be auctioned off,
“After the floods of the last couple of years, the club has been unable to hold many of its regular training days and competitions but is planning to host many events this year,” Ms Reid said.
Club events will help support the HRC to maintain the grounds and cross-country fences, plus upgrade the show jumps and jumping poles.
The show is supported by Nepean Healthcare – Well Being and the Resilience Grant for the rebuilding of communities following the 2022 Hawkesbury floods.
