Celebrating 40 Years of Learning and Fun!
This year Learning in the Hills (LITH) Celebrating 40 years of service to the community.
A much-valued program of Hills Community Aid promoting social connection and skill-building, LITH offers a broad range of leisure learning classes to adults including yoga, cake decorating, dressmaking, patchwork and quilting, painting and English conversation classes to name a few. We have students who have been attending for over 35 years and we always welcome new students.
Our painting and dressmaking classes are particularly popular and we have exciting opportunities for two new tutors to join our team.
We welcome someone who is a skilled seamstress with the ability to share their skills with others to become our Dressmaking/Sewing tutor as we farewell one of our much-loved tutors, Yvette. Celebrating 40 Years
We’d also love to expand our painting classes on offer by establishing a class for people who are new to painting. Someone who is skilled and a good communicator is welcome to chat about this opportunity. Interested to know more?
