Can you assist police after an armed robbery in The Ponds?

Police have released CCTV images as part of an appeal for public assistance following an armed robbery at a business in Sydney’s north-west earlier this week.

About 7.30pm (Thursday 17 March 2022), a man entered a pharmacy on Riverbank Drive, The Ponds, armed with a large knife and threatened two employees, demanding cash.

As part of the investigation, police have released CCTV images of a man they believe can assist with their inquiries.

He is described as being about 180cm tall and was wearing a black jumper, black pants, black shoes, with blue disposable gloves, black sunglasses and a black piece of material covering his face.

Anyone who recognises the man, or has information about the incident, is urged to contact Riverstone Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
