Terms and Conditions Paidlisting

1. Acceptance of Terms:
By submitting a paid listing to this website directory, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Listing Submission:
a. To submit a paid listing, you must provide accurate and complete information. The description provided must be an accurate representation of the goods and services you provide. Business Licence numbers must be provided where required, for example builders, plumbers, electricians etc.
b. The Hills to Hawkesbury Community News reserves the right to accept or reject any listing at its sole discretion.

3. Payment:
a. Payment for listing must be made in advance. The cost for a listing is $50 per year.
b. All payments are non-refundable.

4. Listing Duration:
a. Paid listings are valid for 12 months. Payments will be debited annually from the day of your first listing.

5. Listing Content:
a. Listings must not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content. Business must service the Hills to Hawkesbury region.
b. The Hills to Hawkesbury Community News reserves the right to edit or remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Accuracy of Information:
a. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided in your listing.
b. The Hills to Hawkesbury Community News is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the listing content.

7. Renewal and Modification:
a. Listings will be automatically renewed on expiration of 12 months.
b. The Hills to Hawkesbury Community News may modify the terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
