After a very successful live show at Riverside Theatre on Saturday 21 June, which saw 5 local bands perform to a most appreciative audience, Chairman Andsley Dennis declared, “Alive’s first attempt at helping young and upcoming bands in our area was recognised by many as achieving the goal.”
It means the message is getting out into the community of the need to keep the music industry alive so bands can feel motivated that their efforts are appreciated and that they need to continue practising and playing. Hopefully, there will be more concerts like this in the future.
