Seniors Rock!
Hills Community Aid loves celebrating seniors in the community every year during the Seniors Rock Festival, and this year is no different.
After 2020/2021 required many events to be cancelled, we’re ready to party again!
Seniors Rock is a luncheon and dance run at Toongabbie Sports Club on Thursday 31 March 11 am-2 pm where seniors, partners and singles are encouraged to come with friends to join in a delicious two-course lunch, Hills Daily Grind coffee and enjoy dancing to the sounds of Chris Vineburg from The Remixes. There will also be lucky door prizes! Tickets are only $12.
In addition, a range of free and low-cost workshops are on offer through Learning in the Hills at Balcombe Heights Estate on 28, 29 March and 1 April, including Essential Oils to ease Joint Pain, Staying Safe Online, Card Making, Brain Health and Active Ageing, Coffee Appreciation, Come and Try Zumba with Anu and many more.
