Ross McMullin discusses Pompey Elliott at War

Award winning biographer Ross McMullin will visit Hawkesbury Central Library on Wednesday, 11 April to discuss his enthralling new book, Pompey Elliott at War: In his own words.

This not to be missed talk will be an entertaining insight in to Australia’s most famous fighting General of World War I.

Pompey’s vigorous leadership was crucial in iconic triumphs such as Villers-Bretonneux. His letters and diaries were extraordinarily frank, forthright, emotional and controversial. Come along and be inspired as Ross brings the remarkable Pompey Elliott back to life.
