Refuge Island at North Kellyville

Council has recently completed a pedestrian refuge island at Curtis Road in North Kellyville.

The refuge island will help improve safety for people crossing Curtis Road near Hipwell Avenue, particularly for those walking these streets in the vicinity of North Kellyville Public School.
