The Hawkesbury Council is conducting a flood study of Redbank Creek. This initiative aims to comprehensively understand flooding patterns and potential consequences within the catchment area.

The information gathered will be used to develop future floodplain management strategies that minimize flood impacts on the community.

Residents are encouraged to provide feedback on the draft Redbank Creek Flood Study, which is now available on the Your Hawkesbury, Your Say platform. The deadline for submissions is January 30th, 2025.

A public meeting to address questions regarding the draft Flood Study will be held on Wednesday, December 11th, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the North Richmond Community Centre located at 33 William Street, North Richmond.
