The Hills remains one of the most sought after places to live and it is important the unique nature of this area is preserved for future generations. Maintaining our quality of life relies on the provision of appropriate services to complement a vibrant, growing community with strong family values.
The NSW Government has handed down another surplus budget, with our state remaining completely debt free and record spending on infrastructure of $93 billion over the next four years. As always, there is more to do but I’m pleased to have been able to deliver a fair share of this funding on behalf of our community.
Locally we are finally realising the much needed infrastructure which is greatly benefiting our area including the opening of the Sydney Metro Northwest, the completion of the Glenhaven/Old Northern Rd upgrade, the next stage of Westconnex with a new tunnel under Parramatta Rd providing an additional motorway to the city and NorthConnex another tunnel under Pennant Hills Rd linking the F3 to the M2.
