Raised $20,000 for the Cancer Council

Congratulations Ruth Didsbury (centre) and the amazing team of wrappers at Castle Towers who raised nearly $20,000 for the Cancer Council.

Bev Jordan only did 3 shifts but Ruth was there every day and every hour for the entire 198 hours of wrapping and co-ordinated the 80 or so volunteers (including students from Castle Hill High). Thank you to Castle Towers who supplied the quality paper, ribbon and space.

And thank you to everyone who volunteered or had their gifts wrapped. All of the $19,541 raised by the Hills Relay for Life wrap has gone to the Cancer Council to fund vital research and support programs.
