Bring your dog and your dad to share a day of Superhero fun at Castle Hill Showground on Sunday, September 2 between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

It’s the fifth year that the Pawsitive Steps Towards Mental Health event has been held in the Hills and there are a whole lot of fun activities planned, including agility dog and fly ball demonstrations plus the chance to meet some therapy dogs.

There will be numerous stalls for dog lovers on the day. There are also prizes for dress-ups. Running alongside the dog day activities will be a health and Wellness Expo including free check-ups, nutrition, physical health and mental health and wellness plus free yoga classes, a photo booth, jumping castle and games.

The event has been organized by the Positive Vibes Foundation with support from the Windsor Rd Private Clinic and the Community Migrant Resource Centre and is part of Orange Blossom Festival activities.

Power Ford and Castle Hill Country Club are also throwing their support behind the event.

The wellness expo is free. Cost for the Pawsitive Walk is $5 (or $20 for five people) and $15 for a family with two adults and up to four children.

Anyone registered for the Positive Steps event has a chance to win a Hunter Valley experience.

Thanks to Power Ford the lucky winner will enjoy a two night stay at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley, lunch at Bistro Molines and a Ford Mustang to drive for the trip (subject to terms and conditions). To be in the running for the prize register for Positive Steps at www.TryBooking.com/vaid and turn up on the day.
