We are celebrating Library Health Month this September.

Over the course of this month, library branches across The Hills Shire will be holding special workshops and activities aimed at providing you with healthy tips such as ways to improve your diet through nutritious snacks, the benefits of physical activity, the importance of adequate sleep and how to boost your overall mental health.

We also have a special author talk with Phillipa McGuinness, who will be discussing her latest read, Skin Deep. Sydney Thunder Cricket are also coming out for some fun and games, followed by storytime.

Council is proud to support Library Health Month and I encourage library members and residents to check out all the activities and workshops that we have on offer.
